Question
I have a problem installing the ePMO.net®. I tried to install your system in my computer and it gave me an error message, and I could not run it. It says: "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available".

Answer
1. In order to run ePMO.net®, the computer will need Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express, SP2, http://www.Microsoft.com/sql/editions/express/default.mspx Please, read Microsoft instructions and requirement for the installation of the SQL server 2005 Express. Refer to their instructions for eventual problems in the installation process. The ePMO.net® installation program will detect if the SQL server 2005 Express, Service Pack 2, is missing on the computer and will attempt to install the program. However, if there is any conflict on the computer that prevents SQL Server to be installed, the installation process might not complete without errors and your ePMO.net® software might not function properly after installation. In this case, one way to solve the problem is to try manually to install Microsoft SQL Server Express on your computer. Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Service Pack 2 can be downloaded from the Microsoft web site, or it can be found on the ePMO.net® CD in the folder "SQL Express SP2". Start the installation program by double clicking on sqlexpr.exe. If There is any error during the installation you should solve the problem by consulting Microsoft instructions for the SQL Server 2005 Express installation. Once the SQL Server is installed, try to run the ePMO.net® program, or uninstall it and reinstall ePMO.net® again.

Reefer to their instructions for eventual problems in the installation process. The ePMO.net® installation program will detect if the Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0, is missing on the computer and will attempt to install the program. However, if there is any conflict on the computer that prevents Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 to be installed, the installation process might not complete without errors and your ePMO.net® software might not function properly after installation. In this case, one way to solve the problem is to try manually to install Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 on your computer. Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 can be downloaded from the Microsoft web site, or it can be found on the ePMO.net® CD in the folder "dotnetfx". Start the installation program by double clicking on dotnetfx.exe. If there is any error during the installation you should solve the problem by consulting Microsoft instructions for the Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 installation. Once the Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 is installed, try to run the ePMO.net® program, or uninstall it and reinstall ePMO.net® again.
