PMOHOST™ (Rent-a-Project Manager) is a virtual project management consulting service with a combination of 80% virtual and 20% on-site project management work provided by eConsulting Group. We host, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot your projects/portfolio. In other words, we act as your PMO, while providing you with the necessary expertise to secure your project throughout. The concept is based on the PMI's project life cycle model. You do not need a full time project manager throughout your project. Project manager work is present in the initiation, planning, controlling, and closing phases. Execution is a team effort, supported by the controlling function of a project manager.

Project Management Assessment Survey
eConsulting Group™, Inc. has developed the "Enterprise Project Management Workflow and Analysis©" a tool that would help you develop and deploy project management best practices within your organization. During assessment we will introduce our "A5" methodology. This program is designed to assist companies that would like to incorporate the project management methodologies and practices (PMMP) in their corporate environment.
