Description:
This course will provide working knowledge related to deployment and management of a reliable, secure messaging infrastructure.

Prerequisites:

  • 6 to 12 months of experience in IT administration and NOS in environment > 250 users.
  • Work in multiple locations.
  • Exposure to database, mixed-client connection protocols, wireless and Internet messaging connectivity management.
  • CompTIA A+ certification and/or Network+.


    • Duration: 3 days.

  • Installing, configuring, canaging, monitoring and troubleshooting exchange server 2003 server computers, exchange organization overall environment, and support.
  • Managing recipients, address lists, and public folders.
  • Managing client access with Internet protocols.
  • Managing routing, mobile devices, and data storage.
  • Disaster and disaster recovery, back up and restore management.
  • Maintenance and migration.
