Project Management Expert™ - PDUs

eConsulting Group™, Inc. developed advanced certifications Project Management Expert™, Six Sigma Expert™, and Business Analyst Expert™. The idea is to offer a "next step after PMP®" certificate for project managers willing to learn Hands-On Project Management™ tools and techniques. With this certificate you connect PMBOK® Guide with the practical aspect of project management.

We are all project managers, like it or not, because our personal and business life is full of projects. As a matter of fact, our life is a big project. However, not all of us use the right tools and techniques to manage those projects. "Hands-On Project Management™' training program and Project Management Expert™ certificate make sure that you do.

In order to receive the Project Management Expert™ certificate and 60/55 PDUs you need to complete a number of exercises and case studies. The exercises would give you a practical examples how to initiate, plan, execute, control and close projects. You would learn how to select the right project portfolio, prioritize projects, perform financial analysis of your strategic projects (NPV, ROI, IRR, etc.), statistical analysis (e.g. Monte Carlo, CPM, Control Charts, Sampling, etc.), EISO™ model, ePMO.net®, risk severity analysis, risk expected analysis, Throughput Accounting, project management accounting - SOX, GATE program management, strategic/tactical/operational project analysis, etc. The program provides an overview of the project management templates positioned within your project life cycle based on the PMBOK® Guide. It includes all nine areas of the PMBOK® Guide.

Currently there are four ways to obtain the PME™.

1. Pass the PME™ Exam Only - An Open Book Exam - 20 PDUs

eConsulting Group™ has developed Project Management Expert™ certificate as "A NEXT STEP AFTER PMP® EXAM." The objective is to bring a challenge to project managers willing to learn advanced project management tools and techniques. With this certificate you connect PMBOK® Guide with the practical aspect of the project management. In order to obtain the PME™ and 20 PDUs, you need to complete:

• PMP® Exam.
• A number of surveys related to the field of project management. The surveys will be provided upon registration, and
• PME™ Exam, an "open book" exam, with a number of questions and case studies. The work must be completed within two months from the registration date. Extra time could be obtained if needed.

After successful completion of the exam, candidates will receive the certificate with the equivalent of 20 PDUs. 2. Program and Portfolio Management Concentration (On Line - 60 PDUs / 6.0 CEUs, On Site - 105 PDUs / 10.5 CEUs)

• PM1000 (PM1E00) - Project Management Principles and Concepts
• PM2000 (PM2E00) - Advanced Project Management
• PM3000 (On Site ONLY) - Project Management IS
• PM6000 (PM6E00) - Program and Portfolio Management
• Assigned exercises, case study and an individual case study (His/her own Case Study. Use the format and questions from a given case study.)

3. IT Project Management Concentration (On Line - 55 PDUs / 5.5 CEUs)

• PM1000 (PM1E00) - Project Management Principles and Concepts
• PM2000 (PM2E00) - Advanced Project Management
• PM4000 (PM4E00) - IT Project Management
• Assigned exercises, case study and an individual case study (His/her own Case Study. Use the format and questions from a given case study.)

4. Construction Project Management Concentration (On Line - 55 PDUs / 5.5 CEUs)

PM7000 (PM7E00) - Construction Project Management

Successful candidates will receive the certificate Project Management Expert™ - after submitting the exercises and case studies.

For the Project Management Specialist™ (On Line - 40 PDUs / 4.0 CEUs, On Site - 80 PDUs / 8.0 CEUs) certificate clients must complete:

• PM1000 (PM1E00) - Project Management Principles and Concepts
• PM2000 (PM2E00) - Advanced Project Management
• Assigned exercises and case study.

Successful candidates will receive the certificate Project Management Specialist - after completing the excercises and case study.
