PMOHOST™ (Rent a Project Manager) is a virtual project management consulting service, combination of 80% virtual and 20% on site project management work, provided by eConsulting Group™, Inc. in which we host, manage, maintain and troubleshoot your projects/portfolio. In other words, we act as your PMO, while providing you with the necessary expertise to secure your project throughput. The concept is based on the PMI' project life cycle model. You do not need a full time project manager throughout your project. Project manager work is present in initiation, planning, controlling and closing phase. Execution is a team effort, supported by controlling function of a project manager.
