About the speaker:
Mike Marco has been managing IT and manufacturing projects worldwide for more then 15 years. He has lectured the project management subjects at Boston University, Keller Graduate School of Management, Robert Morris College, and Andrews University. He is a founder of eConsulting Group™, Inc., a company dedicated to training and consulting in the field of project management. His mission is very simple. It is about learning, teaching and utilizing project management. He strongly believes in "hands on" approach while presenting project management subjects through his seminars. Such approach has been used in all of the books that he published. He developed his own methodology called "Enterprise Project Management Workflow and Analysis (©2004). This method has been described in his book "Hands-On Project Management, Principles and Concepts. " Currently, he lives and works in Chicago, IL. Mike Marco holds MBA degree from Andrews University, MI, PME® from eConsulting Group™, Inc. and PMP® certification from Project Management Institute.
